What is Reiki?

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

Mikao Usui developed reiki in the early 1900s, deriving the term from the Japanese words rei, meaning “universal,” and ki, which refers to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Now, reiki is used all over the world, including in hospitals and hospices, to complement other forms of health treatments.

Hi!  I am AngelMarie Carroll, Reiki Master, Energy Healer, Card Reader.  My approach to energy work is holistic with one goal:  you leave our session feeling better than when you arrived, and experience improved health in the days and weeks which follow.

I have been in the healing field since 2008, when I experienced a deep spiritual awakening.  I was 33 years old with a small child and a newborn.  I believe firmly that every person has the potential to heal themselves (and to heal others) through Reiki.  I find that Tarot readings afford the client opportunities for closer inspection of the energies surrounding certain situations in their lives.  I am only your guide.  The real healer is actually you!

During your Tarot or Reiki session, here is what you can expect:

  • 30-45 minutes personal and uninterrupted one on one treatment.

  • A calming atmosphere including aromatherapy, music therapy, heat and reflexology...in short- Pampering.

Located in my hometown, Warwick RI, I see clients in my Studio Clinic, providing one to one Reiki treatments and card readings.  Twice per year, I offer interested individuals an opportunity to attain their own Reiki Attunements with me.  If you are interested in learning more, please use the form to below to reach us today!

REIKI ONE CERTIFICATION
There are three courses to attain your Reiki Master Certification.  The most important of all three is the first one.  During this one day symposium, you will learn what Reiki is and how it came to us.  You will leave having the proper spiritual attunements to use Reiki on yourself and others.
